End User License Agreement (EULA)

Pretty Lady
Effective Date: February 8, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and the developer of Pretty Lady (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Pretty Lady mobile application (the “App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and install the App on a device you own or control

  • Use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the App

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code

  • Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

2. Ownership

The App, including all:

  • Code

  • Graphics

  • Design

  • Sounds

  • Game mechanics

  • Trademarks and branding

are owned by the Developer and protected by intellectual property laws.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership—only the right to use the App.

3. Gameplay & Virtual Currency

Pretty Lady may include:

  • Virtual credits or coins

  • Free gifts or timers

  • Slot machine or blackjack gameplay

These items:

  • Have no real-world monetary value

  • Cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for real money

  • May change or reset if the App is removed from your device

We reserve the right to modify gameplay, balances, or features at any time.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we:

  • Make no warranties about performance, reliability, or availability

  • Do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted

You use the App at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, progress, or virtual currency

  • Device issues related to installation or use of the App

If liability is required by law, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the App (which may be zero).

6. Updates & Changes

We may:

  • Update or modify the App

  • Add or remove features

  • Change gameplay mechanics

at any time without prior notice.

Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.

7. Termination

This license ends automatically if you:

  • Violate this Agreement

  • Misuse the App

You may terminate at any time by deleting the App from your device.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by the Pretty Lady Privacy Policy.
Please review it for details on data handling.

9. Apple Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:

  • This Agreement is between you and the Developer, not Apple

  • Apple is not responsible for the App or its content

  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support

However, Apple may enforce this Agreement as a third-party beneficiary.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
